Eggplant Paté
Obtained with eggplant pulp, reinforced with red pepper to give colour and a more strong flavour. A different paste, ideal for bruschetta and on the pasta. Available size 200 gr. jar. Ingredients: 80% aubergeen, sunflower oil. Natural aromas: garlic, mint, chili pepper, oregan, wine vinegar, E330 (citric acid).
