The Consorzio Agrietica represent a social incubator of companies that, in various ways, are responsible for carrying out interventions aimed at fruit and vegetable production in the open field and in the greenhouse, the breeding of sheep, goats and goats, extra virgin olive oil, and the production of goods for processing into canned food and cheese thanks to the creation of a dairy and a laboratory for the processing of agricultural products.

The processing stages of the products use traditional recipes, the so-called “grandmother’s recipes”; the raw materials produced by our cooperatives are handcrafted without any use of preservatives or products of animal origin.
The sugar used for jams and marmalades is the natural sugar of cane, which makes it possible to maintain the organoleptic characteristics and flavours of our products unchanged.
Places of production are Contrada Tudino and Gugliemotta in Castelbuono, and Cerda.
